The Electronic Services Platform.
Through electronic service, the Office of Electronic Communications eliminates the effects of information exclusion of disabled people. Thanks to PUE people who cannot leave their place of residence gain access to all necessary information and the opportunity to report relevant needs, in particular, related to electronic communications. Solving problems in matters related to postal and telecommunications services, access to television and the Internet is much easier thanks to PUE.
